Q?

What should I look for during my home search?

A.

Simply put, the overall picture. It's simple to fall in love with a certain kitchen design or wardrobe layout, but it's critical to always keep your top priorities in mind. Before considering paint colours and furniture placement, be sure a property meets all of your financial, geographic, and scheduling requirements. Real estate agents like me are adept at showcasing your possibilities while preserving your dreams if you could need some assistance in prioritising your goals.

Q?

Should I order a home inspection?

A.

Although they are not a necessary stage in the house selling process, home inspections are a wise investment as you get ready to sell. The most significant financial choice a buyer will ever make will require them to look past the surface. An inspection can show you, as a seller, which areas require more attention before you put your house on the market. Instead of concentrating on making repairs before the inspection, choose and prioritise the fixes that will actually improve your home during the inspection itself. Agents like myself may advise clients on the most critical repairs that need to be made and inform prospective clients of the repairs that have already been made.
